Four Steps to Fresh Delivery
Ordering Lala's is really simple. Just follow the steps below!

1. Order Lala's

Lala's is slow-cooked locally in Boston, MA.

We offer two slow-cooked recipes: chicken and beef.

Our order submission window closes on Thursday at 10PM.

Orders placed within our ordering window will be delivered on Sunday.

Any orders placed after the ordering window will be delivered the following Sunday.

2. Prepare for Delivery

Lala's is hand-delivered on Sundays.

To keep your pup's food fresh and safe, kindly leave a cooler on your front steps for us to place your order in. Lala's must stay cool!

Delivery times vary week-to-week, depending on our route.

You will be updated via text with a 2 hour delivery window on Sunday morning.

If you are not home, please leave ice in your cooler to keep Lala's frozen until it can be properly and safely stored.
3. Receive, Store and Thaw

Lala's is delivered frozen, and is crafted to be thawed prior to feeding.

Storing Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed and opened, product stays fresh for 5-7 days in the refrigerator.

Thawing Instructions: Slow-thaw Lala’s in the fridge 24 hours before feeding your dog (see instructions on the back of any Lala's bag).​

It's time to feed your dog fresh, slow-cooked, complete and balanced Lala's!

First time feeding fresh? Caution! Your pup will likely need a slow-transition to our (or any) fresh diet. If so, simply follow our One-Week Transition Plan.

Your first order comes with a 4 oz scoop, which is designed to follow our recommended serving sizes for your dog.

Lala's loves sustainability: please keep this scoop and wash/reuse with future orders for your convenience!

As always, consult with a licensed veterinarian to ensure that our diet & transition plan fit your dog’s needs before feeding Lala's to your pup.
