Storage Instructions:
Lala's is delivered frozen. Store Lala's in the freezer and keep frozen until thawing. Slow-thaw Lala's in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before serving. After thawing, continue to store Lala's in the refrigerator for up to seven days, no longer. Do not re-freeze.

Lala's Fresh Dog Food offers a convenient and wholesome feeding solution. With Lala's Fresh Dog Food, feeding your dog a balanced and wholesome diet has never been easier!
- Each order is carefully packaged in resealable 3 lb bags, keeping the food fresh and easy to store in your freezer.
- To serve, transfer one, 3 lb bag from the freezer to the refrigerator, at least 24-48 hours before opening to allow for a gradual thaw.
- Once thawed, using the provided 4 oz scoop to feed your dog. Portion out the recommended amount based on your veterinarian's guidance, your dog's specific physical needs, and the suggested feeding chart.
- Be sure to utilize Lala's 5-day transition plan on the back of the bag to give your pup a smooth transition to fresh, human-grade dog food.
- Serve freshly thawed, soft, slow-cooked meals to your dog!
- Serve within seven days of thawing.
- Keep refrigerated at all times.
- Lala's reminds you to always consult with your vet before changing your dog's diet and to confirm that Lala's is right for your pet.

This is for the chicken and beef recipes: Superb! I love that they hand-deliver. I met the actual owner on Sunday when she dropped off my order... pretty cool! Love that it was made locally. From start to finish my experience with Lala’s is always wonderful. Placing a cooler on my front steps and getting my delivery on Sundays for the week is my favorite part about this experience. Alyssa and Lance are responsive, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with if I need order updates.

We sampled Lala’s prior to their fall launch, and it is just what my family and I have been searching for. My dog loves both recipes… haven’t see him this excited to eat before! You can tell it’s fresh. I also love that it doesn’t smell when I store it in the fridge! Due to the quality of both the product and my experience, I give it 5 stars all around. Will definitely be ordering regularly when Lala’s launches!
Super fresh food... my two year old rottie has never eaten like this before. We love how fresh the food is and how easy ordering is. I keep my cooler on my back porch, and the Lala's team knows right where to leave my biweekly orders.
